Personally, I quite like the way that men's style is fairly "limited". But that's due to my tastes; I have very little interest in "fashion" in the traditional sense, I'm more interested in looking the best I can, which for me means a timeless, classic wardrobe.
I write a fashion column for my University paper and have had the option to expand into women's fashion, but have declined. I just don't know enough about it, although I obviously have my tastes regarding what I like or don't like on the fairer sex. Quite alot of the trends I HATE on men (usually hipsters), I actually quite like on girls. I quite like women's "streetwear" for example, despite hating most of the men's looks I see on lookbook.nu and the like.
