Personally, I'd go more for a tan brogue with the indigo jeans or an oxblood brogue with mustard chinos (for contrast in either case) as I'm not really a fan of black shoes for some reason. My red tie would be a a wool tie (at the scarlet/burgundy end of red) for texture too (I always feel wool ties and autumn go hand in hand for some reason).
But all in all it sounds like the kind of outfit I'd wear.

Depends on the kind of person you are but I think you are going a step too far with the colour if you choose the mustard chinos with the red tie. Also, what colour chambray is the shirt? And yes, totally agree with Jay with regards to tan over black brogues.

Sounds quite busy - I agree mostly with everybody else as regards colour but I think if you were to lose the tie or the waistcoat you'd have a less cluttered look. Also, chambray shirt and grey waistcoat sounds iffy - you sure the colours go together? If it's a darker grey you're probably right but light grey over a typical chambray shirt doesn't sound great to me.
All that said it's a pretty solid look and if you were to wear what you've suggested you'd be good to go!

That's pretty perfect actually! Go for it. I still reckon losing the tie might be the way to go, but it could certainly look good either way.

Sounds really good. It's the best but the simplest style I can imagine.
