I've always been more of a brogue boot kind of guy. Failing that something more rugged, like a worker or military style boot. I can see the attraction though, especially with skinny jeans and a denim jacket for that 90s indie kid vibe.
I've found a nice pair of Chelsea boots (on ASOS) but as I've never actually owned a pair, I was just wondering what everyones opinions was on them. For me, they look nice but would there be any better alternates? are they comfortable and versatile?

Funnily enough I was thinking about Chelsea boots the other day. I regularly wear a pair of brown military boots, on my more casual days, but I've never really liked smart boots, for some reason (even though my style is generally more smart than casual). But I have recently started to come around to the idea. And the ones above are quite nice.
Would like to hear more opinions on them.
I'm after a black pair
Think they are gonna be big ting
I bought a brown pair but have not worn them lots yet. Paired them with some smart navy chinos recently and really liked it though.
The more I look at these boots the more I love them. I only wear skinny jeans/chinos/trousers so these would pretty much go with everything.
