Do people still wear loose boxers?
Do people still wear loose boxers these days? Whenever I go into shops like Debenhams and House of Fraser it seems to be all Calvin Klein style trunks and the beckham style armani type briefs. A few years ago briefs were seem as nerdy and everyone wore boxers. What changed? Are boxers not popular anymore?

When it comes to underwear its a personal opinion but I most definitely prefer more the snug fit. Not too tight and not too loose either.

I don't get the appeal of loose boxers, CK boxer briefs are the way to go.

100% cotton, loose fit boxers for me.
I find M&S and Next tend to be best places for them.
I have a couple of trunk boxers which i wear for football.
I like to hang free!
I hate Calvins. the choice of teenagers it seems nowadays.

Trouser for men have a much tighter fit these days than they had in the 90s and early 00s. Back then, everything was baggy by comparison. Fitting a pair of tent-like boxers into a pair of slim fit trousers is simply not comfortable.
I can see the appeal of loose boxers when wearing looser trousers, and I should think it cooler (as in temperature) than briefs. That said, I haven't worn loose boxers since the late 90s.

I woulnd't wear loose fitting boxers because most of the trousers I wear are quite slim fitting and trunks/briefs are so much more comfortable with that sort of trouser style. The primary concern with looser fitting boxers is that they don't contain everything properly, if you know what I mean. I'd never wear shorts with loose boxers, just a rookie mistake that.
