Hi guys

I'm not quite sure.. Especially for the sleeves width, and the shoulders- I'm not sure where you define their end.
It was the smallest size on store (44 I think) and the only one on that size.

I think it looks good but Its difficult to tell with the picture but i think maybe the blazer can be bought in a bit from the sides, or maybe im being over analytical. Anyhow, i think it looks good, but if your not sure go to a tailor to size you up and he can tell you if it needs any adjusting.
