All Saints Stamp Cigarette Jeans

Does anyone have these?

If so, are there what looks like light oil stains/brown stains on them. Very subtle but still there?

Saw two pairs in store and I wasn't sure if this was a defect or part of the design. Other than that I like the indigo wash of the jeans.
