Do You Tailor Most Of Your Clothes?

I just got my blazer tailored and must say it feels great to have something fit you so nicely. Now I kind of feel compelled to get some of my shirts tailored.

Is it worth it though? Do you guys tailor most of your clothes, or do you just tailor your suits and blazers?

In my opinion, yes and yes. However, my local tailor rarely even costs me more than £5 for a shirt.
