Wedding Outfit Help

Hey guys,

I'm in dire need of advice on an outfit for a wedding two weeks away. It's a casual wedding but I still want to dress well.

I have a tweed blazer with elbow patches and navy chinos which I will wear.
For shoes I was thinking tan/brown brogues of loafers but not sure which one.
What do you guys think will be a good shirt and tie combination that will go with everything in this outfit.
