I don't believe, as most people do, that fashion is necessarily superficial. Of course it's not a life or death matter, but that doesn't mean those who care about it are shallow and vain. I admit I'm constantly aware of everything visual, including my appeareance, and it can be annoying sometimes. I just find fashion and amusing way to express my feelings, convey a message and put my creativity and aesthetic view to work. I simply have a lot of fun dressing up in the morning.

Honestly...
To put it bluntly, I realised that when I graduate, the jobs/internships for my industry will mostly be in cities like London, Toronto, Vancouver, Berlin etc. therefore I don't want to appear like the incompetent fool I appeared to be back in Autumn and before...
It's nice going out and feeling good about yourself as opposed to feeling "meh" haha
