Belt Trouble

So, as we all know, the stylish man should match his belt to his shoes. However, I have a slight issue in that I own a pair of Clark's DBs in this lovely but unusual colour:



Anyone have any idea where I might find a belt that vaguely matches?

You could go to studio d'artisan but then you're looking at about a ton. I'd opt for something in tan instead which will go with more items in your wardrobe.

I already own various tan belts but they don't quite look right...closest I've found is this asos belt, arrived today and not sure whether or not to keep it, it's not as good a match as i'd hoped from photos:

Personally when wearing casual clothes, the rules relax a little. Not so strict on the whole belt and shoes, Ideally yes, but sometimes for me a belt is just a belt.

Yeah, I get kinda OCD over minor aspects of fashion

Actually tried on that ASOS belt with the boots, rather than holding them together going 'waaahhh, they don't match', and it's close enough when they're at opposite ends of a leg. So, er, thread closed I guess? Cheers guys.

Haha, I do have one pair of chinos with brace buttons which came with a pair, but I don't wear them that often, not quite my style.

Yeah, I realise that mismatching can look good and I'm happy to do it occasionally, just feel that if an outfit's already got a lot going on then matching'll be the safest option.
