Smart Machine Washable Trousers

I need some new trousers for work, typical 'smart' trousers, flat fronted, slim/skinny leg and machine washable but anything I find that looks hopeful usually turns out to be dry clean only or too baggy in the leg, has anyone come across any either on the internet or high street that fits that description, sub £40? I'm after grey mostly, but black would be handy too.

PS. I've got some topman ones but they're not too great, and are the ones i'm replacing so anywhere but there really.

Try Zara, they do some nice slim cotton smart trousers.
