Help Looking For a Particular Style of Leather Jacket

    Alright chaps,

Its come time for me to invest in a new leather and I looked at getting a proper biker jacket but opted for something a bit more understated! I've been scouring the web looking for a leather in the style that Alex Turner is wearing in the below picture. Can't find it anywhere, does anyone know where I could find something similar? (but preferably identical!).

If not, has anyone got any pointers in what the particular style of jacket would be called?

Thanks in advance (apologies for the ignorance!).

    Stew

Mostly reasonably priced except for the Canali, and one in suede. Hope that's some use. As for what it's called... is that a bomber jacket? I usually just call that type of super basic leather jacket a leather jacket. It's a cool choice, Alex Turner has great style of late - the best it's ever been.

    Also, welcome to the forum

    Cheers Sam!

All ones that i've looked at, think i'm gonna go for the Nudie one, but seems a bit shiny. We'll see.

I've thought it was a bomber but the cut on bombers is usually a bit chunkier, think you're right in saying that its just a basic leather!

I do think it's a bomber actually - I mean, they can be cut differently, and the standard falling design as opposed to the ribbed waist you usually see contributes to the slim silhouette.
Do check that they have it in your size; I noticed that the Nudie is only available in L and XL so that might be an issue! Otherwise you're welcome, I'm sure some of the other members can turn up more.
Here's a bit of advice - in the future, I'd suggest that Asos is normally the best place to start on the internet; a wide variety of different brands at varying price points is handy.

That Nudie one is so nice, I've had my eye on it for awhile. Definitely going to save up for it!
