Ok guys, I've seen many different ideas and "rules" regarding wearing ties and pocket squares.
I can't make up my mind! Lot's of events such as the races, weddings etc coming up. Here is what I have -

Slim grey Topman suit
Plain white shirt
grey waistcoat

Nice and simple, too much choice in matching up accessories! My idea was a pattern wool tie (darker shade)
with maybe a flick of colour within it. And a pocket square (different patturn) with a flick of colour matching within the tie?

Realistically I reckon the pocket square shouldn't be too dark as would not stand out in my grey jacket.
I just want to match "cleverly" to show I know what I'm doing!

Would probably match the sock colour with whatever colour I go for.
Any ideas greatly appreciated!
