    Can A Tailor Narrow/Slim Down Shorts?

    I've got a pair of shorts slightly too wide in the leg...does anyone know if a tailor/alterations place would narrow the legs on them?

    Assume this could be done but never heard of it before!

    On a pair of shorts i'd be inclined to try it myself as there's a lot less length to cock up.
