They look great Jay. The shine is fantastic without looking patent and the colour variation and vintage looking buckles really set them apart from other double-monks I've seen.
I think I'll have to add them to my wishlist.

Infuriatingly, one of the buckles broke the first time I tried to wear them. And, of course, they don't have any more of my size in stock, so now I have no monk straps. I shall buy the Herring Attlees from the Monk Strap thread I think, but they don't seem to be available until later this month.
To cheer myself up, and before it sells out in my size, I bought this for my SS wardrobe:

Took the plunge and bought these - Loake Cannon. Most I've ever spent on one item of clothing and strangely, there isn't any guilt. . . . yet.
Free Loake shoe trees as well.
Damn, that sucks.
The Loakes are lovely too. Where did you order them from Will? The shoe tree is a bonus!

White Allsaints oxford shirt off eBay: £9, down from £95.
eBay is the fashion-thinking students saviour!
It's Holland Esquire. I think the detailing on their tailoring is incredible for the price. They have the English quirkiness of Paul Smith (done better in my opinion for half the price).
