Piperlime very rarely comes through with deals that make buying from it worthwhile, but i ordered these blue chukka boots the other day. So happy ;]

eBay is too addictive. I find myself just bidding for things I think I might like, without too much thought about the repercussions of winning all the items (like a pair of All Saints boots the other day). Always within the last minute of the auction though. I can never see why people bid before the final minute; it helps separate your men from your women.
@Jay (or anyone), regarding the Zara trousers, which of these would you say are better:
I like the first ones, but the patterned seem detail puts me off: it looks like a French flag. I love the colour of both of them; it's just I want: something between white and true beige.

Picked these sandals up from TK Maxx for £25
My mate I went with got a Holland Esq. blazer and a Barney's leather jacket.
I'm always in two minds with this. There's more chance of grabbing a bargain by diving in at the last minute, but if I really want something and know what I value it at I'll generally pop that bid on early. I hate that 'if I increase my bid by another £1 will I win it?' thing that usually happens in the last minute. Most of the time it results in me paying more for stuff than I really wanted to. The Tommy denim jacket that I bought today being a prime example. I was watching 5 jackets ending over the next few days, I have no idea why I let myself go over budget for that one.
9 times out of 10, I can't stand people diving in at the last minute!!
I just find it a bit of a harsh thing to do on some items, especially if its something someone else really wants and has been bidding on for ages.
If its a spontaneous purchase that no one else has bid on, I do jump in at the end from time to time.
But if I really want something I'll put a fairly high maxium bid on, just in case.
I picked these up in All Saints today, it felt good buying a pair of shorts!
