I bought a few things today. A couple of pairs of shoes and a summer tie.

Grabbed this jacket from Zara for £50. It has elastane in it which makes it really comfy, and I didn't want to spend a lot on a denim jacket as I don't think it'll get worn a lot, so it's perfect really.

Not that you have to spend much, either - got it for £50 in the Allsaints Archive, which as you well know used to be far more impressive.

They'e by Tiger of Sweden. I actually bought a pair three or four months back, but one of the buckles was broken, so had to return them. They were, of course, the last pair in the country in my size at the time. They came back in stock recently, so was all over them in a heartbeat.

Same, got a Levi's 201 ltd slim fit for half price 18 months ago in medium wash and it's basically confined my leathers to the box.

Ha- been wearing it constantly since I got it!

I think what I mean is I have over 20 jackets, several of which are high end, so it makes sense to have a few that I can muck about in, throw on the grass in the park and not worry about, wear clubbing etc... If I wear one of my Diesel or All Saints leathers, I can't let it out of my sight. Denim is pretty durable anyway, but if I had £150 one I would be paranoid about it.

This Zara one is really nice in the flesh too, great wear patterns and really lightweight and comfy, perfect for summer
