Those three items are awesome. It's a shame I can't find the filter or canon chinos in a colour close to the ones I got from Massimo Dutti, or I'd be on them like a flash.

Take the filter chinos and the massimo dutti trousers to the tailor and ask them to copy the fit. shouldnt cost you more than £20.

I do this a lot, but bear in mind that the filters have stretch in the material. If the Dutti's don't, then the same cut will not produce the same fit / level of comfort.

I'm actually considering doing this with my Topman ones. I don't wear them anymore, but the fit is actually perfect.

I took the Massimo chinos back. Had to be done. I'd rather spend more on a pair that fit perfectly and pay a small amount to crop them then fork out £20+ to make them fit right (which make them out to be a £60 pair of trousers. I know I can find better for that amount).

Instead I bought a pair in French Connection; the exact same colour, beautiful skinny-tapered fit, for £22 in the sales. Bargain. They fit just like the filter chinos, but are a bit softer. Only problem I have is they have pockets like a pair of jeans. You'd really struggle to realise it when worn, but I do prefer my trousers to have unnoticeable pockets. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I was so tempted by the Taupe Filter's as well. And I love that moment you walk into an All Saints during the sales and find items that have too much discount. Alas I didn't buy anything in All Saints, but I'm definitely going to wait for a few of the shirts and jumpers to come down in price a bit more.

Got this awesome top from Reiss. It's so comfy and the fit is surprisingly slim. Reiss have pulled a blinder this season:

And this t-shirt from COS amongst a few other items (the fit and quality are awesome. If they're shipping service wasn't so dodgy - the delivery men/ladies are self employed so the lady was driving her own Nissan Micra - I'd shop online there a lot more)
I'm tempted to add a navy blue chest pocket to the t-shirt. I was really influenced in the sale by some Jill Sander and Burberry t-shirts on Mr Porter:


I also checked out the Zara sale, but it's actually pretty poor. There's more to buy online, and the best deals have already been snapped up.

Unless I find a pair of shoes, I think that might wrap up my spending for a month or so.

EDIT: i also got a Fred Perry harrington (no gathered wrists/hems) as well in a white/beige/stone colour. Very useful.
