I hadn’t really thought about that to be honest, as I don’t own any chinos. I'm not sure on them but having had a look I have found some nice ones.

On top - I'm thinking of a light grey crew neck jumper like this: ( http://i1.ztat.net/large/LE/22/2I/00/51/12/LE222I005-112@1.1.jpg )with a shirt underneath? I guess it might just be better sticking with chukka boots and slim jeans?

Rock them with Jeans mate! They're similar to Oxfords, and I wear mine all the time with jeans. They can easily dress a jeans outfit up, but still remain acceptably casual. They look awesome as well.

Just bought these ffoR MIDGARD LACE UP RUST SUEDE Shoes - Mens Smart Shoes - Office Shoes look better physically than in the photo, was searching for a pair of casual shoes, defo more aiming towards shoes and boots than trainers, need to wait until the next student loan is in untill i can treat myself anymore.
