I personally own quite a few grenadine ties for work purposes, and I wear square end knits for casual events. I think Charles Tyrwhitt stock some decent grenadine ties in a wide variety of colours. Here is a black grenadine tie I purchased from Kent Wang, hopefully will be wearing this for graduation
