Quite Probably Ralph Lauren, I would suggest going straight to their website, you might find that it is from their Purple or Black ranges.
That is a vest/gilet worn over the top of a blazer, both from Ralph Lauren 'Purple Label' and both very expensive.

Oh wauw, i didn't even notice that it was a gilter on top of a blazer.
And yeah, the price is a little bit to much for a college student :D
Guess i'll have to find something similar yet $2600 cheaper
