That French Connection roll neck caught my eye too !!!
I'm not letting the Mrs put the heating until I've saved up for this from Aubin & Wills

Noice, like it
lol fair enough. If I get anything designer it's usually because the style is unique, I'd feel irked paying top dollar for a generic design... But I do appreciate the value of a good name. I'm sure they are exquisitely manufactured to boot.
As nice as those Mcqueen brogues are, I would certainly begrudge paying that sort of money for a brand that doesn't even specialise in footwear. For that sort of money I'd be heading to Grenson, Church or John Lobb although I'd be more than happy to go to Russell and Bromley or Bally. Just my two cents.
I really want a pair of white canvas Vans. I might go buy them at lunchtime.
I've just fallen in love with these ASOS brogues that Jay posted in another thread. They have the best sole ever, and are quite affordable actually.

@Ben love that blazer too! Think a decent tweed suit is in my wishlist. Although I probably wouldn't wear the suit that often, i'll find myself mismatching with the suit and trousers.
@Paul McGregor Agreed! I think tweed suits are great for mismatching.
