So im trying to track down a shirt in similar style to one below. Blue with Cream Polka Dots.
(not as many spots as one below though)
Failed so far.
Can Anyone suggest some similar styles I can find?

When I was in Japan last month I saw a shirt pretty much identical to this in Comme Des Garcons, and also in a Supreme store there.
