Trouser Break
Interested to see how long do you wear your trousers and which you would view to be the correct way?
A). Full break - where the trousers would have a crease when they are resting on the shoe...
B). 1/2 break - trousers cover the top of your shoe and parts of the laces, while the hem will slope toward the sole in the back...
C). No break - The hem of the trousers meets the top of your shoe when you are standing...
D). Short Break - Get those ankles out...
generally all of my trousers are no break, i have one suit which has a 1/2 break as they are slightly wider and would have looked short without a break.

With suits I tend to stick to half break. When I wear formal trousers but casually, I tend to have no break. If I want any less, I do a couple of turn-ups but this is generally not neccessary unless its summer and I'm sockless, or its winter and I'm sporting some particularly fancy socks.

With suits it's a half break ting
Casual wearing varies a lot tbh; I have some jeans & trousers have multiple breaks, some I've had tailored to finish above the ankle and be very slim, and a lot of variations in between

I tend to lean towards the full or half break. I was probably traumatized when I was younger by never having pants that fit because I grew fast and it was (and still is) hard to find a length that suits me, unless it's tailored. I just can't get over the feeling that it looks really bad on me or looks like I don't know what I'm doing to be showing socks when I'm standing up.
