What Shirt Are These?

I'm looking for a shirt with a collar like this but in plain white, instead of having a collar pin they button together behind the tie, I've seen alot of this style about recently but not sure where I can get them in plain white. What would I search for?

It's called a tab collar shirt, I'm a big fan, not entirely sure where you could get a plain white one though.

not a great fan. Bought the grey stripe one and it was dead fidgety to tie and then button up. Took it back for a refund.
