Anyone had any problems recently with ASOS deliveries? I ordered on the 13th December with their standard delivery (with tracking) however this is what the tracker says...

This is coming to my work, and no one has even attempted delivery, i've emailed ASOS and tried calling them (on hold for 25mins) with no answer on either... I didn't know if anyone else has experienced bad delivery with them?
I've generally never had a problem with standard delivery, have they text you to let you know when they're going to try delivery? (I assume you have) I've got Asos Premier now and I've never had any issues with that.
Always been fine with me, then again I live in an easy to access suburban area in Clifton, Bristol.
ASOS have always been excellent. Ordered a few bits on Sunday morning for the Mrs and they arrived today on STD delivery.
They must be having issues finding your address bro. Contact the courier, not ASOS.
It's Hermes who are the courier & you can't contact them, their website says contact supplier... My work is just outside Leicester city centre lol so certainly not remote... It's annoying as I can't speak to anyone

Well... It arrived, took it out the bag and it's dirty and has a small hole in it... ARRRGGHH, emailed them so waiting to hear what they have to say
You should have got a little form in the package? Fill that in and they'll send you another for free.
