HE Mango Sizing

Wondered if anyone here could help with this one.

I'm looking at some blazers from this shop but the sizing goes xs s m l etc etc rather than 36, 38 etc.

I'm a 38. Does anyone have any idea which size would be best?

Same question for their cardigans. I like a slim fit but don't want the buttons to look like they are about to pop off.

I'm a 38 and get small for shirts and cardigans, haven't bought any of their blazers though but I reckon small.
