Slim Body Big Arms Need Help !!

I have a 39" chest, a 31" waist and 17" arms

I always prfer to go for slim fit cut but it's becoming more and more difficult to find suitable places to puchase pieces that can compliment my body profile (unless it's a t shirt or a light weight knit)

My biggest difficulty is shirts and blazers. I'm really appreciating the layered look right now and have a number of pieces in my collection I think would look great but I have no chance of fitting in them !

Reiss / Kooples / All Saints / Topman and many more places often fit perfectly through the body but I just can't fit my arms of if I do it looks stupid and completely takes away from the piece.

Does anyone know of any places or have any tips other than tailoring all my purchases that would be brilliant !
