Topman jeans help!
Can anyone help me with topman jeans - are they any good? I like the fact lots are simple with no branding.
I am unsure on fit - I like my jeans to be slim-skinny so well fitted (but not spray on) around the bum and thighs and remaining fairly narrow but not skin tight down to the bottom. So not ridiculously skinny but slim enough and well fitted to the leg.
The topman 'slim' don't look very slim at all!
And I'm not sure how well fitted their skinny fit is? Online it looks well fitted top half of the jean but kind of looser bottom half.
But I see they have a stretch skinny - not sure how tight these are, and definitely don't want spray on!
Or am I better going for Zara? River Island? I have never tried jeans from any of these and care more about the best fit and classic colours with not too much fading etc. I've got jeans altered in the past but they are as good as original ones that fit great with no alteration.
The stretch skinny fit is definitely skinny but not skin-tight, much looser than the spray ons. I have a burgundy pair that fit really nicely, quality is not fantastic though. Btw, the River Island 'Stretch Skinny' is a spray-on fit, so I would avoid those. Hope that helps!
I think the Topman stretch skinny is a great fit on thinner legs, but the quality can be questionable. Levi's 510s are slightly looser and much higher in quality and if those fit you well, you could remove the cardboard patch and red tab with a seam ripper and blade.
I change my mind about Topman stretch skinnies. The pair I got stretched up to the next size within a few weeks and now sag. Sizing down would make the waist perfect, but everything else vulgar
I wear Topman stretch skinnies and really like the fit. A quick wash or even, if you're feeling brave, a really brief spin in the dryer usually stops any jeans stretching.
