Depends what sort of aesthetic you want to go for. I'd personally go for something very vintage, with a bit of a swing vibe, so inkeeping with the braces.
I'd probably wear the white shirt and braces, paired with black skinny jeans with a turn-up, white sports socks and black dress shoes. And of course the hair would be swept back and a bit more wet-look than usual. (Think Cliff Richard before he became the christmas number one churning out machine we know now).
If that sounds like a bit too much of a statement for the setting, I wouldn't blame you. I think the brogue boots would work fine (although get some polish on those badboys =P) although some purists might argue you should match your footwear with your braces; they are a belt-repalcement afterall. I think thats taking the piss though.
