    Preppy Haircut

Once again with my ridiculously insane hair it is time for a cut. After a shopping spree a few days ago where I purchased loads of preppy style clothes I've deicded I need a hairstyle to match. As mentioned in previous threads, my hair is short and quite thick. At present it is about 4 inches on the top and probably a grade 5 on the sides. Can anyone recommoned a decent preepy-style haircut that is short and fairly easy to maintain? (no more than 10 minutes) The hair product I am using is J.Crew Pomade, if that helps at all.

Tried it once, it's a bitch to maintain. Thanks for the input though.

There is a lot of love for the side-part on here at the moment.

Is your hair long/manageable enough to sweep back?

I usually go for a rockabilly-like haircut, like this one:

I don't maintain it very well though, as it's normally a couple of months between the times I go to have it cut. But I find that really short on the sides, and longer on top (I just made that sound like a mullet, didn't I?) you buy yourself some time. You can still just comb your hair back and to the side, and it looks acceptable.

This reminds me, I really need a haircut.
