How Do I Find A Hairstyle That Suits Me?

Been looking to style my hair similar to above, with a parting but the hair slicked back rather than to the side. Really not keen on the crew pomade, on the lookout for something new.

What was it about Crew you didn't like?

I would stay away from the likes of Brylcreem personally because it stinks and leaves your hair feeling very greasy. I believe you need to spend that little bit extra for decent hair products. I dabble with Men-U clay and American crew clay, or if I want a decent quiff hold I use Hairbond moulder plus I use sea spray to add body and a quality holding spray to keep it under control.

What was it about Crew you didn't like?

You know what im not too sure, I bought the pomade because i wanted a slick style, I dont really think it gives it, it goes kind of more matte, and the hold isnt what i was after, for what it gives I think there are better products. It is my first time using a pomade so i wasnt really sure what to expect.
