wheres the squats and deadlifts
as previously said too many exercises for chest, depending on how advanced you are there is no real need for pec dec or flies.
wheres close gripped bench for tris, or french press.
lateral pull down for back i'd say again for most is a decent choice, If you can do pull ups however you do pull ups.
wheres the military press for shoulders, you love the dumbells it seems.
No hate, but thats a pretty bad routine to be honest.

maybe not the best routine on paper but then again if it works for you it works for you.

I just wanted to share this excellent article by a bonafide strength guru, Mark Rippetoe. Because if you can't dead lift properly, you're kind of wasting your time. And waiting to get injured.
