^ I've only got into Kanye this year, but My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and Yeezus are what I enjoyed the most.

    I second that, Ivan

Kanye West: MBDTF; Late Registration (Yeezus and even 808 and Heartbreak are honourable mentions)
Eminem: MMLP (original and the latest effort); The Eminem Show; SSLP
Kendrick Lamar: Good Kid MAAD City
    Dr Dre: 2001
JAY Z & Kanye West: Watch the Throne

    That's more than 5 :/

Oh cool, big up the urban gang

Yeah keeping it to 5 is obviously impossible but those were the first to come to mind

If I could have the entire back catalogues of those 5 artists on my desert island I'd be very sorted

Really feeling the last few posts.

Interested to see Rick Ross mentioned.
Personally I'm really anticipating Kendrick's next album, and possibly Kanye's effort (Yeezus part 2)?

Pusha T deserves a mention too. So does Chance the Rapper with Acid Rap.
