    At the moment I live in my Tag.

    I do have a couple of battery powered ones that I used to rock, but I managed to break the strap on my favourite, which kinda ruined it.

    If they're not being used MrBond, just pop the crown out to stop it. Ergo, stops the battery being drained. Top tip from the grandson of a guy who handmade clocks and watches for a living, that.

    I do that on ones that only display the time, but with the date models I'd rather replace the battery every couple of years than reset them whenever I wear them.
