Listening to Fionn Regan after reading Nath's blog post: Four Life Changing Albums That You’ve Probably Never Heard. Liking it!
Bastille's Bad Blood album, saw them support 2DCC earlier this year which prompted me to get tickets to see them alone in May
Not an artist or a particular album, but I just stumbled upon this amazing Youtube channel and I'm hooked. I suggest to have a listen to their most popular uploads to see what it's all about!

I absolutely detest Ed Sheeran. There's so many artists that do what he does (wordy, emotive singersongwriter music) much better than he does and don't get twice the recognition. Throw the appalling dress sense, repetative chord sequences and sometimes cringeworthy lyrics into the equation and I don't know why anyone gives him the time of day.
Better restrain myself. Things have been a bit rough lately, which is why my music taste has taken an even more depressing turn than usual. Here's a few albums I've had on repeat.
Death cab for cutie - We have the facts and we're voting yes
Bright Eyes - The whole discography, but especially 'Lifted' and 'Letting off the Happiness'
Dry the River - Shallow Bed
Sigur Ross - Takk...
Elliott Smith - Roman Candle
Benjamin Francis Leftwich - Last Smoke before the snowstorm
Daughter - The Wild Youth EP
The National - Alligator
Willy Mason - If the ocean get's rough
In less suicide inducing areas, I've finally got on the Alt-J hype. 'An awesome wave' is rather brilliant.
'One should either be a work of Art, or wear a work of Art'
Oscar Wilde
Listening to lots of John Grant lately. Intensely personal and quite dark lyrics. Really good stuff.
Streaming Justin Timberlake's new album before it releases next week. I don't know your thoughts on the guy and his music, but he is one insanely talented individual.

Speaking of Justin Timberlake...
Also, any one else excited for Daft Punk's new album? It's rumoured that they will release it sometime this spring!
