I have to go with How I met your mother. I just love that show! I also enjoy the old episodes of "Scrubs". One word, Janitor.
My girlfriend recently got me into The Big Bang Theory which is pretty good. The Newsroom with Jeff Daniels is brilliant also House reruns figure heavily in my TV schedule. Just one more thing, Columbo.

In the more serious department Breaking Bad and especially Game of Thrones are epic. Dexter+House well worth a watch as well of course. So many good shows on TV these last years!!
