Reading the Davinci Code for the third time

The Imperfectionists by Tom Rachman is on my nightstand currently. I've only just started though.

Just finished The Hunger Games series. For a series aimed at teenagers, it's very well written and quite powerful.

The Bible.

*spoiler alert* The bit when Jesus comes from back from the dead always gets to me. Such a magical scene.

Our Tragic Universe by Scarlett Thomas.

I'd previously read The End of Mr Y, which was brilliant and so unlike anything I'd ever read before, however this book, though not hugely unenjoyable, seems to have no plot whatsoever.

I finished A Clockwork Orange the other day. The moral dilemmas at the heart of the book are riveting. And the talk of "the heighth (sic) of fashion" is hilarious.
I'm now starting Catch 22. It's bonkers.
I've also been told by a wise man that I must read Catcher in the Rye before it's too late.

Catch 22 had me laughing out loud at almost every page. it's a work of stone cold genius. The follow up, Closing Time, is worth reading too (although not quite as great).
