    Brogue Boots

I recently bought these boots but they absolutely kill my feet, Is there a way of softening them without making my feet bleed?

    Nice boots!

Clarks sell leather stretcher which might be of some use and easy to buy since it's on the high street. I've never used it before but it claims to "Gently softens and stretches leather at pressure points – ideal for new shoes or in hot weather when feet expand. Suitable for finished leathers, suede and fabric."

I've given shoes into the cobbler before to stretch them as I don't trust myself. If you know of one locally (not a national chain but a small business), they might be of use too.

Try putting some leather conditioner on them and they ought to break in and soften up a bit quicker.
