    Double Monk Strap Dilemma

    So,

    Hello guys,

I have currently been looking for the perfect double monk strap but so far, no avail. The only pair I've found have been a tan pair of double monks slightly rounded with silver buckles from Loake for 199 but they don't have my size. Can anybody help direct me to any??

I'm looking for a pair in a variation of tan, gold buckles preferable but not vital and a toe somewhat leaning to a more rounded look. I also want them to age well, I don't want a pristine pair the whole time I have them!! I'm 19 so I want to spend roughly 200 but can go higher if the right pair comes along, nothing ludicrous though haha!

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, I find right now there are so many double monks floating around but to be honest, they're not of a very high standard in my opinion.

You can order from their website, shipping to the UK was 20euros when I bought mine.

Those exact same ones (in that colour) are on my list but been holding off as I'm undecided as to whether the monkstrap trend will stay around or not. Have you been pleased with them? They look like awesome shoes.

Mine are a dark brown rather than that tan but yeah, I love them. To be honest, outside of #menswear circles I'm not sure many people are even aware that they are a trend. If you like them then go for it, don't worry about whether something else is going to take over as the must-have trend. They'll still be good-looking shoes and people will just see them as part of your style.
