Brogues/Derbies or alternatives for wide feet

I need some trendy formal shoes with a bit of give as wearing brogues/derbies is a killer after a prolonged period.

I wear a size up anyway but they usually look disproportionate when in a fitted suit so i was just wondering if anyone could recommend a pair of shoes that look great with a suit and can be broken in without ruining the look.

I think some places like Loake and Grenson specify what fit a particular shoe/boat is. I.E. E, F or G so finding out widths can really help your wide feet dilemma. Others - sorry I can't name where - give you the option of what fitting you want for a certain shoe you like. So just browse around. Hope that helps.
