    Brothel Creepers

What do you guys think of brothel creepers as an alternative to chelsea boots or low top canvas sneakers in a rock n roll sort of look?

Chelsea boots, while practical and easy to work into most outfits, are a bit boring imo. So go for it! Just watch out so you don't get too close to the teddy boy look - unless that's your aim, of course.

Given my general style (indie i guess) chelsea boots are easy and seem to go with most things. I thought about brothel creepers as an alternative, as they are a bit more 'out there' than some low doc martens, which i was also considering. I just thought that given the nature of the blog, I might be discouraged from heading in that direction.

They aren't? Well then these probably won't be.

I'm size 7 or else I would have a think about these.

I wouldn't usually even consider this style but they look mint on the guy.
