Question Smart Shoes To Go With Jeans

    Hi,

I've followed the website for quite some time now yet only just noticed it had forums now! I'm just looking for some advice on shoes to wear with jeans for the smarter occasions, usually paired with an all saints jumper and dark jeans.

Saw this news article today and quite liked the shoes the person was wearing:

TOWIE: Billi Mucklow and Tom Kilbey get closer on romantic date night as they step out holding hands | Mail Online

Some of the ones I was looking at:

    1.

Ted Baker | Ted Baker Ashcroft 3 Leather Desert Boots at ASOS

    2.

H By Hudson | H By Hudson Higgins Suede Lace-Up Shoes at ASOS

    3.

French Connection | French Connection Suede Chukka Boot at ASOS

    4.

    Derwent Shoe

Out of those choices I would go for either the French Connection or Ted Baker ones, I'm leaning more towards the Ted Baker ones however. You could also investigate brown desert boots.

Yep, same here. I'd go for the Ted baker.

If I 'had' to pick from your selection I'd go for the Ted Baker ones, but I would get in brown or taupe if available. If you've got £100+ to play with then you could probably get something nicer.

I suppose it depends on what look you're going for. Chelsea boots for cold damp weather. Baseball boots for slightly warmer drier, and if you'e wild like me then white daps/plimsoles, with red socks ! Nice n bright with a red jumper or polo.
