What did you settle on, Nath? If its not too late to throw my $0.02 in, here's what I've got..

Ted Baker Guri 4 - (£99 to £130, depending where you shop - I paid £99 at Slaters)



These come with the blue laces, which you can switch out for the brown laces they also come with. You will need a good polish and cleaning kit to stay on top of them (as with any nice shoes I guess).

Me too- I went with black though for a change. I'm enjoying the blue laces I have to say

I'll wait to physically see them but I'm a little concerned they could be perhaps a tad light? My intention is that they will transcend formal and casual wear but if they are "too tan" they may not look right with my raw indigo 511s.

I reckon they'll look darker in person, usually the lighting they use on photo shots makes everything look lighter.
