Burgundy/Bordeaux Shoes

I was looking for a pair of burgundy shoes. Originally I wanted loafers, but brogues are interesting as well.. Found these in an affordable price range (under£100). What are your thoughts on them? I'm especially interested about this pair from zara, they're a bit different, do you think they could work with a jacket and chinos or perhaps a suit? Also, if you know of any alternatives in a similar price range then please say!
£80 from Zara, and £85 from Topman

Definitely the Topman ones, looking for something similar myself was gonna splash out on some Grenson ones but now i've seen them for £85 might have to snap em up. Thanks.
