Hi all,
Just wondering what everyone's views are on casual brogues, say brown suede ones for example, and how they should be worn. I.e. can they be worn with t-shirts and chinos or should you always stick to jeans and a casual shirt?

Tees, chinos, jeans, shirts, all fine.
A certain type of brogue - brown or tan, in suede or distressed leather - will go just about anywhere in a casual context.
I take pride in my red suede brogue boots. I'd go as far as chinos, but I personally would stick to shirts and a cardigan.
What do you wear with you red suede brogues?
I have paired mine with dark jeans and a navy shirt in the past. Other than that I have trouble making them work.
Personally I'd wear brogue with chinos, but not with a t-shirt. I think brogues go better with shirts but that's just one guys opinion ha ha. I'm sure some guys can make brouges and t-shirts work together.
