V-tip / Norwegian Front Blucher

I spotted these images of a pair of shoes on Instagram. I'm not familiar with the style. Does anyone know more about them?

They are a mighty expensive shoe at £330. Does anyone know of any other manufacturers making this style?

I might have to make a visit to the Alden shop in NY at the end of the month when I'm over.
