Going down to the Cheaney's factory store sometime this coming week - hopefully I'll end up with a pair of loafers, and in the depths of winter as a nice extreme size 7 I fancy my chances of snapping up a good bargain.
It's crap in some ways, but when you want a pair of shoes living in Northamptonshire doesn't half deliver.
Here's what I'd ideally have:

Just gawjuss.

Anyone know where I can nab some brown/tan penny loafers for around the 50 quid mark?
I'd rather buy some cheaper ones and spend the rest of my budget on some espadrilles to stamp around in so I don't ruin the loafers.

For a little bit more than that you can prob get a decent fairly pair on eBay (new). I'm fairly sure I have seen Loakes and such like for about £60ish, though not often in my size (damned small feet)!

What do you think of these? I found them for 130 pounds and they are Church ones, but these are my first loafers ever so should i go with something more trendy?

I would like to hear opinions on penny loafers in general, as they are not so much in spotlight this season, people seem to go for softer versions of loafers?

People are idiots. Get the Churches.
