Help With APC Shoe Sizing

Hi Guys,

I've got my eye on a pair of APC loafers and APC desert boots at a couple of online stores. As I've never owned a pair before, I thought before I take the plunge I'd put it out to the fashionbeans community to get a better idea of sizing.

I wear the following sizes in these brands:
Tretorn 43
Camper 43
Lacoste 42
Ted Baker 41
Converse 42.5

If anyone owns a pair of APC shoes and one of the above, how did the sizing compare?
