Shoreditch Fashion Show 2013
With the promise to be more than just your standard catwalk show, The Shoreditch Fashion Show 2013 is set to shake the heart of east London on the 27th April. Featuring the very best in up and coming creatives, the show takes place at a secret location near the Hoxton Docks and will showcase the best work from installation artists, designers and fashion photographers. Presented by off-beat and Made In Shoreditch, the catwalk element of the event will be brought to life by the work of two finalists, picked from an independent designer competition. Attendees will also be treated to varying musical delights as well as live artistic displays and a special secret performance.
The Competition
Since January, Made In Shoreditch have been on the hunt for the greatest undiscovered design talent. Initially open to all, the competition is currently in its second phase where the lucky shortlisted ten are battling for the largest growth in social media presence. Through page views, traffic, likes and shares the eager designers are displaying their best marketing and promotional skills to win a place in the final. Decided by the Made In Shoreditch team and the judging panel, the final two will display their work at the event.
The Judging Panel
Heading up the judging panel is The OC star and global fashionista Mischa Barton, pop sensation Eliza Doolittle and Serge DeNimes creator and Made In Chelsea personality Oliver Proudlock. With the event set to deliver the very best in British creativity and fashion originality, it promises to be unmissable.
